The built-in3X (f 3~9mm) vari focal lens covers a wide range of viewing angles, making this camera the perfect surveillance solution for a variety of applications, in particular small retail stores, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers and car parks. The SOC-4030 is able to capture crisp clean images in light levels as low as Max. 0.002Lux using WINNERIII, proprietary DSP technology and unique SSNR noise reduction technology and a outstanding horizontal resolution of 530TV lines can be achieved using a high performance Super HAD CCD. Complete with easy to use on screen menu, intelligent motion detection technology, privacy masking, auto white balance and auto gain control, the SOC-4030 delivers sharp, high quality images in almost any environment.

3X Varifocal

The SOC-4030 is equipped with 3X vari focal lens which has focal length from 3 to 9mm at F1.2. Owing to this built-in lens, there is no need to fit a separate lens. This high-resolution day & night camera's auto iris and manual vari focal lens ensures multiple angles of view, easy installation. Users can easily adjust the focal length and focus at the top panel of the camera. The built-in lens allows the camera to have a wider viewing range, making it suitable for use in a variety of applications. The camera's compact form simplifies assembly reducing set-up times. Day & Night

The SOC-4030 ensures high resolution colour images down to an 0.3Lux @ F1.2 in daytime and when light levels fall even to a certain level the camera automatically switches to monochrome mode. Especially the unit boasts outstanding sensitivity of as low as 0.002Lux for excellent low light operations in colour using Sens-up function (Max. 128X). The SOC-4030 is an excellent choice for various indoor applications, where there is a severe illumination change.

SSNR

When lighting levels are low, SSNR dramatically reduces both random and fixed noise and at the same time produces a high signal to noise ratio and no ghost effect. An additional benefit of this technology is the reduced file size of recorded images. A DVR's recorded file size is reduced by a massive 70% when using a MPEG format and by 40% when using a JPEG format.

Multi Functions

The unit supports user-friendly on-screen display capability for improved ease of operation. Users can use the camera identification (CAMERA ID) to assign a name to the camera. The camera ID consists of up to 15 alphanumeric characters.

When the SOC-4030 is observing a wide area, the captured images can be masked" for privacy purposes. Users can easily configure the size and position of the required privacy zones.

SOC-4030's automatic white balance technology allows true color images without tending to be red or blue, which covers extensive color temperature range of 1,800°K ~ 10,500°K.

This versatile camera is also equipped with the internal ability to detect motion in the scene they are viewing. This functions enables users to react quickly to a potential danger.
